📜 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, content, site-member features, The Becoming Community, and other online services operated by The Becoming Woman's Network, LLC ("The Becoming Woman's Network," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the website or creating a site-member account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. Purpose of the Website

This website provides information about faith-centered coaching, books, workshops, events, community resources, educational content, and related services.

Website content is provided for general informational, educational, inspirational, and faith-based purposes. It does not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed advice.

Accessing the website does not by itself create a coaching, counseling, ministerial, professional, or client relationship.

2. Eligibility

General website visitors must be legally able to agree to these Terms.

The Becoming Community is intended exclusively for adults age 18 and older. By creating an account or requesting Community membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We may deny, suspend, or terminate membership if you do not meet this requirement or violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

3. Site-Member Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Activities conducted through your account

  • Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

4. Community Standards

Community members agree to communicate respectfully and follow all posted Community Guidelines.

You may not use the website or Community to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or harm another person

  • Post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or intentionally deceptive content

  • Share another person's private information without permission

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Distribute spam, unauthorized promotions, malware, or harmful code

  • Disrupt website or Community operations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Use Community information to solicit, exploit, or target members without permission

  • Engage in conduct inconsistent with the purpose and safety of the Community

We may moderate, restrict, edit, move, or remove content. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, operate the Community, or comply with law.

5. Community Privacy and Confidentiality

Members should respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from sharing another member's posts, identity, personal information, testimony, prayer request, image, or comments outside the Community without permission.

However, The Becoming Woman's Network cannot guarantee that other members will maintain confidentiality. Members are responsible for deciding what they choose to disclose.

The Community is not an emergency, crisis-response, therapy, medical-care, or mental-health service. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact appropriate emergency or professional resources.

6. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

By posting content within the website or Community, you grant The Becoming Woman's Network a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the website and Community.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Removing content or closing an account may not immediately remove copies retained in backups, legal records, or content previously shared by others.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content—including text, graphics, logos, downloads, workbooks, recordings, course materials, designs, photographs, and branding—is owned by or licensed to The Becoming Woman's Network, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access content for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, publish, distribute, teach from, upload, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

8. Coaching, Workshops, and Educational Services

Coaching, workshops, programs, and educational resources do not guarantee a particular personal, professional, spiritual, financial, health, relationship, or business result.

Results vary and depend on factors including participation, effort, decisions, circumstances, and matters beyond our control.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal representation, financial advising, or another licensed professional service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

9. Service Agreements, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid coaching, speaking, workshops, programs, or other contracted services may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, checkout term, or signed Dubsado agreement.

The applicable signed agreement or transaction-specific terms control payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, scope of services, and other service-specific conditions. If a direct conflict exists between these website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that service.

10. Amazon and Third-Party Purchases

Books displayed on our website may link to Amazon.com or another third-party retailer.

The Becoming Woman's Network, LLC does not process payments, fulfill orders, or control product availability, shipping, taxes, returns, refunds, or other purchase conditions for transactions completed through Amazon or another third party.

Those transactions are governed by the third party's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to websites, applications, platforms, or services that we do not own or control.

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, security, privacy practices, or actions of independently operated third parties.

Their respective terms and policies govern your use of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that all information will always be complete, current, or suitable for every individual circumstance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Becoming Woman's Network, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the website, Community, or general website content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

The applicable signed service agreement may also govern liability related to a separately contracted service.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, a site-member account, or The Becoming Community if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights or safety of another person.

Where appropriate, we may remove content or take other reasonable protective measures.

15. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features, Community features, content, or services.

We may also revise these Terms periodically. We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable Community Guidelines, and any service-specific agreement constitute the applicable agreement between you and The Becoming Woman's Network concerning the relevant website feature or service.

A signed service agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these general website Terms regarding that contracted service.
