Ministry and Business Sisters (MABS) is a faith-centered community for women who are navigating the call to serve in ministry while also building or leading in business, career, or community leadership.

This group exists to create a space where women can gather as sisters in Christ—encouraging one another through prayer, shared wisdom, and practical support as we steward the gifts God has entrusted to us. Whether you are leading in church, launching a business, working in your profession, or discerning your next step, you don’t have to walk the journey alone.

Inside this community, we focus on:

• Faith-centered encouragement and prayer• Conversations about purpose, calling, and leadership• Support for women balancing ministry, business, and life responsibilities• Practical wisdom for walking in integrity and obedience to God’s direction

Our heart is to grow together as women who desire to honor God in both our calling and our work, strengthening one another to lead with humility, wisdom, and courage.

1) Scripture micro-meditation: read one verse and sit with it for 60 seconds to reduce indecision

2) Breath prayer anchor: breathe in God’s name, breathe out your worry for calm focus

3) Purpose checklist: write 3 tiny, mission-driven tasks to increase daily momentum.

We practice these in our Spirit-led coaching, and they fit into any schedule.
